Here at the York, we do our best to make sure every patron has the best experience possible. For that reason, we have a strict no returns or exchanges policy in order to guarantee the best possible seating for all our patrons. While we do understand that emergencies happen, please attempt to make sure your calendar is clear before you purchase tickets.
The York loves its students! Student rush tickets can be purchased at the box office during regular box office hours on the day of the performance. Limit one ticket per valid student ID and tickets are subject to availability. Student Rush tickets are $20.00 cash or credit.
The York loves its seniors! Senior rush tickets can be purchased at the box office up to one hour before the scheduled performance. Limit one ticket per person and tickets are subject to availability. Senior Rush tickets are $20.00 cash.
The York Theatre is a small‚ intimate, 175 seat house. All seats offer excellent visibility of the stage and are free of obstructions. All theatres say no seat is a bad seat‚ but in the York‚ it’s actually true! The York is also wheelchair accessible‚ but we must be informed ahead of time that a wheelchair patron is attending‚ as we only have a limited number of wheelchair seats available. As we are an intimate theatre‚ we do not offer assistive hearing devices.
Discounted Parking is available at the Icon Parking Garage on the south side of 51st street between Lexington & 3rd Avenues. Parking is $15 Mon- Saturday and $8 on Sundays for up to 5 hours. Please make sure to get your ticket validated at the church information desk in the main lobby upon leaving the theatre.
The York offers a wide range of food and beverage products as well as gifts at our concessions and gift shop display during all performances.
