TRULY, HOWARD HUGHES follows the life of Howard Robard Hughes, Jr. (1905–1976), one of the most fascinating figures of the 20th century and, at one time, the world’s wealthiest and most influential man. The story is told from the point of view of Hughes in the last moments of his life, as if passing through memories in the moments just before he dies. Ultimately, Howard contemplates his life choices, and considers what he might have done differently, and poses the question: Wouldn't you, if you could?

KILGALLEN - The Musical. A true crime musical based on the life of Dorothy Kilgallen, whose incredible success in the world of 1950s journalism made her the most famous female voice in the world. Brilliant, relentless, and unapologetically ambitious, she moved among the colorful celebrities, politicians, and power brokers who defined her era. When President Kennedy is assassinated, she sets out to expose what she believes others are determined to conceal.
Set against the glittering and volatile backdrop of mid-century America, Kilgallen charts Dorothy’s meteoric rise and mysterious fall in a gripping story about ambition, celebrity, power, and the cost of refusing to stay silent.

The New2NY Series is where new musicals take their first steps in New York.
For nearly two decades, New2NY has served as a vital launching pad for new work. March 6 through April 11, 2027 be among the first to experience new musicals and help to shape what comes next. These lovingly and minimally staged concert presentations strip away the spectacle and focus on what matters: the writing, the music, and the storytelling.
The series has a strong track record of successful transfers, including In Transit prior to its Broadway run, and most recently Monte Cristo and Truly, Howard Hughes, which went on to The York’s Mainstage Series.
