Can I purchase tickets at the St. Jean's Theater?

No. Only during certain times of the year are we in residence at the theater at St. Jean, For ticket purchasing inquiries, please visit our ticketing page here or by clicking “tickets” in the top right corner of our homepage . Additionally, our box office phone is available Tuesday - Friday from 12:00-5:00pm at (862) 235-0938.

Can I exchange or refund my tickets?

At this time, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for single ticket buyers. However, for our members, we offer rescheduling or exchanging of tickets with waived fees to ensure the most flexibility. Do you offer subsidized/discounted tickets?

Our membership packages include discounted ticket listings up to 20%. Membership packages are 25% off for artists, students, teachers, 65+, 40 and under, and first responders. To access this discount, please email proof of status to boxoffice@yorktheatre.org.
